It all comes around

It’s pretty amazing how as we progress into the future, we see more of our past.  For example, music and artists that were popular 20 years ago are all making combacks but not in the conventional way.  Artists are appealing to kids through new and exciting ways.  For example, Aerosmith is producing it’s own version of the hit video game “Guitar Hero” and other bands are looking at the same idea.  It’s all about marketing yourself and how you do it. 

It shocks me that we have progressed and the more new artists and musicians that come out, the more they follow the trends of many years ago.  I’ve been saying for over 10 years now this would happen and very few have believed but now they do. 

Take the X-files for another example, the series ended almost 10 years ago and a new movie is being done, new versions of Knight Rider, movies updating series like Miami Vice and such are all an indication of society reverting and progressing at the same time.  A scary phenomenan. 

I’ll close this with saying that I believe that as time goes on, we will revert in our ways in many things but get progressivly worse in others.
